Frogs eight game Big 12 winning streak snapped
FORT WORTH – A four-run fourth for Baylor proved to be the difference as the Bears avoided the sweep with a 6-3 win over TCU Sunday afternoon at Lupton Stadium.
The Rundown

Baylor stormed back to take a 4-1 lead in the third with four runs on four hits and a hit batter. The big blow was a two-run triple off the bat of Hunter Simmons.
The Horned Frogs pulled within one with two in the fourth. Three straight singles from Chase Brunson, Jack Arthur and Anthony Silva made it a 4-2 ballgame. With the bases loaded, Bowen beat out an infield single to drive in the third run of the game. Baylor wiggled off the hook with the lead on a line out and a ground out.
Baylor got the two runs back in the sixth on a two-out single to right, extending its lead to 6-3. The bullpen did the rest of the work for the Bears, holding the Frogs to just three bbase runners over the final five innings.
