How to access my online account?
- Click the link HERE to login to your account.
- Please note, you must use an email address to log in. Your account number will no longer work.
- If this is your first time logging in, please click “Activate Account”. You will need your account number and online pin.
- Please call the ticket office at 817-257-3764 if you need assistance retrieving your account number.
- Once signed in, please select “Online Applications” from the purple banner
How do I upgrade my seats/parking for the upcoming season?
- At the bottom of your renewal, please click “yes” to Change or Upgrade Seat/Parking options.
- Upgrades will take place online in late April or early May, based on priority rank within the Horned Frogs Priority Point System. You will receive login time/instructions the week before upgrades begin
- To add additional seats, please call the sales team at 817-257-1849.
- These seats will be placed in a temporary location, and you will be allowed to try to move them closer to your original location during the upgrade process, based on availability.
- Reducing the quantity of tickets/parking cannot be done on your online renewal.
- Please send an email to tickets@tcu.edu with the exact seat numbers you would like to drop. This change will reflect on your online application the following business day.
- If you are interested in parking, please fill out the form at tcufrogclub.com/fbparking, or call the Frog Club offices at 817-257-7700.
- TCU will send out requests to all season ticket holders once we receive final pricing from the schools
- Mobile/Digital tickets
- Mail or Will Call is only available after paying an additional processing fee.
- To change the card on your payment plan, please log in to your gofrogs.com account
- Select “Payment Schedules” on the right-hand side of the page
- You can view upcoming payments, update expiration date, or add a new card to be used for the next installment

- General admission tickets allow you to sit in any 100 or 200 level seats. These seats are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, per game.

How do I upgrade my seats/parking for the upcoming season?
- At the bottom of your renewal, please click “yes” to Change or Upgrade Seat/Parking option
- Upgrades will take place in January, based on priority rank within the Horned Frogs Priority Point System.
- You will receive a call from a member of our staff with upgrade opportunities.
- To add additional seats, please add an additional general admission ticket while renewing online or call the sales team at 817-257-1849.
- Please note, all new sales will be general admission tickets only and cannot be upgraded until the following season.
- Reducing the quantity of tickets/parking cannot be done on your online renewal.
- Please send an email to tickets@tcu.edu with the exact seat numbers you would like to drop. This change will reflect on your online application the following business day.
- If you are interested in parking, please call the sales team at 817-257-1849 for availability.

- Mobile/Digital tickets

- General admission seating is located down the first base grass hill and behind the right field fence. You are able to bring in a foldable lawn chair or blanket. No outside food or drinks are permitted.
