May 31, 2018 FORT WORTH â€" TCU baseball junior pitcher Durbin Feltman has been tabbed a Baseball American third-team All-American. This marks the fifth straight season TCU has produced an All-American.
Feltman posted a 0.74 ERA in 24 1/3 innings pitched over 18 appearances. The right-hander held opponents scoreless in 16 of his 18 outings. His six saves were tops on the team. Feltman recorded 43 strikeouts in 24 1/3 innings pitched.
The junior is tied for the school career record with 32 saves. In 2017, Feltman set the school mark and ranked second nationally with 17 saves.
Feltman is the 19th player under the guidance of head coach Jim Schlossnagle to earn All-America honors. The program has produced at least one All-American in 13 of Schlossnagle's 15 seasons at TCU.
