FORT WORTH - Purple bounced back with a 4-3 victory in game two to even the Purple-White World Series at a game apiece.

Pitching was the name of the game for the Purple squad as they got a solid start from Luken Baker backed by a three-innings save from Jared Janczak to lock up the victory. Baker allowed a trio of runs on four hits and struck out three to get the win, while Janczak struck out two and allowed a hit in his three innings on the mound.
The White team was lead by a two-hit game from Michael Landestoy. He drove in one of the three runs. On the mound, Austin Boyles sparked in his two innings with four strikeouts.
Game three is set for Wednesday afternoon at 3:15. White will send newcomer Sean Wymer to the mound to face another newcomer in Dalton Horton for the Purple team.
