"It's an honor to have Mark as our guest for the First Pitch Banquet," commented Schlossnagle. "Obviously, he is one of the game's great players right now. More importantly, he plays the game the right way. He plays hard every day with energy, has great work ethic, leads by example and puts his team ahead of himself. This will be a great night, not just for our fans and supporters but for our players to hear from such a consumate professional."
Cost for the banquet is set at $100 per seat or $1,000 for a table of 10. Dress for the event calls for business attire. Proceeds will go to supporting the TCU baseball team with scholarships, equipment and travel aid. Interested parties are asked to RSVP to Flint Wallace by Jan. 28 at 817-257-5155.
