Quotes of the Game
Head Coach Eric Bell
On the game:
"I thought we started the game really well. We were able to take control. Maddy Warren scored on a great ball from Chaylyn Hubbard. I thought we came out of delay a little bit slow. Little Rock came out ready to try and get back into the game. We didn't deal well with the adversity. But, that's a really good team. They are going to have a good season. We were able to get another goal from Maddy and wrapped up the game. Overall, it was a good performance and I'm happy we came away with another road win."
On the play of the young kids:
"They are definitely bring energy. Their abilities are showing. Maddy Warren is scoring, Messiah Bright is creating chances and it's only a matter of time before she scores. Payton Crews is playing lots of minutes and doing a lot of things that are going unnoticed. Chaylyn Hubbard and Brandi Peterson are doing good work on the back line. They are having big time impacts on the team which is nice to have."
On the season to this point:
"I'm happy with another shutout. We've given up two goals all year. That's fantastic. The team defending is quite good. We are not giving up a lot of chances and we are creating a lot of good chances and converting them."
