FORT WORTH -- TCU Women's Tennis is headed west this weekend for a trip to Lubbock, Texas for a match against the No. 31 Texas Tech Lady Raiders on Friday, April 7 at 3 p.m.
The Horned Frogs (9-7) will head to Texas Tech (13-7) looking to bounce back following a 4-2 heartbreaking loss to the Baylor Bears.

Scouting the Lady Raiders:
The No. 31 Texas Tech Lady Raiders are 3-3 in the Big 12 with three more matches to play. Tech is led by their dominate doubles team placed in the top of the ITA rankings. Metka Komac and Avelina Sayfetinova are 10-6 in dual match play, all matches on the No. 1 court. The duo is currently ranked No. 39 and has won their last four doubles matches and are 4-3 against other ranked doubles teams. Lemaitre defeated the No. 76 singles player in the country Nicole Khirin (6-3, 7-6) on the first singles court. Aristegui followed up that performance on court two with a straight set win (6-3, 6-4).
