- TCU will clinch a share of the Big 12 championship and a top-three seed in the conference tournament with a win on Wednesday.
- The Horned Frogs are aiming to become the first team to repeat as Big 12 champions within three seasons of finishing in last place.
- TCU has won eight league titles - four regular season, four conference tournament - in its 49-season history.
- The Horned Frogs' last visit to the Queen City was a moment the program's fortunes permanently changed. TCU faced Cincinnati on Feb. 17, 2024, one month removed from holding open tryouts and having lost nine of 10 games. Playing with seven healthy scholarship players, TCU earned a 79-72 victory at Fifth Third Arena. Since that game, The Frogs have competed to 65-11 overall record and 33-6 mark in Big 12 play.
- A conference championship clinch will continue TCU and head coach Mark Campbell's track record of over-delivering on preseason expectations. With a win on Wednesday, all five of Campbell's teams have either met or exceeded their projected finish in the conference standings. TCU was picked fourth in the preseason Big 12 coaches' poll ahead of the 2024-25 campaign before winning the undisputed regular season championship. The Horned Frogs topped the 2025-26 preseason Big 12 coaches' and media polls. TCU has matched or bettered its projected finish in Big 12 play in nine of its 13 completed seasons as a conference member.
- The Horned Frogs will give TCU its 16th all-time conference championship on the hardwood when including the men's program with a victory vs. the Bearcats.
- TCU will join Oklahoma, Texas and Baylor as the only programs to win back-to-back Big 12 regular season titles should they triumph in Cincinnati.
- Campbell is hunting his third regular season conference championship and fifth overall across five seasons as a head coach. He led Sacramento State to a sweep of the 2023 Big Sky regular season and tournament championships.
- Campbell coached his 100th game at the helm of Horned Frogs hoops in Sunday's 80-73 win over Iowa State. Since his hire ahead of the 2023-24 season, Campbell has tallied the seventh-most wins (80) of any head coach across the Division I ranks. Campbell's win percentage is the seventh best of any Power Conference head coach over the last three years.
- Looking strictly at the last two seasons, TCU ranks fourth among all D1 programs in winning percentage (.881) and total wins (59) since 2024-25.
- In addition to repeating as league champions, TCU's other primary goal is to host the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament, and give itself a chance to play in the Fort Worth Regional. The Horned Frogs are on track to achieve both, as they were awarded the No. 12 overall seed in the NCAA Selection Committee's first top 16 reveal on Feb. 14. Three of TCU's last four victories have either been Quad 1 or Quad 1 wins.
- TCU continues to be the Big 12's highest-rated team in the AP Top 25, USA Today Sports Coaches Poll (No. 11) and NCAA NET rankings (No. 11).
- Campbell and the Horned Frogs are also in the driver's seat to become the first program in league history to produce the Big 12's Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year in consecutive seasons. Hailey Van Lith swept the pair of accolades in 2024-25 and Olivia Miles, the only player in college basketball averaging at least 20 points, six rebounds and six assists per game, appears poised to do the same.
- Campbell has developed a proven point guard factory. Miles is looking to join Van Lith and Sacramento State's Lianna Tillman and Kahlaijah Dean as the fourth point guard to garner conference player of the year accolades under Campbell's watch. Notably, all three of Campbell's past conference players of the year have been one-and-done transfers. Like Miles, all three players averaged better than 17 points and five assists per game in Campbell's system.
- The Horned Frogs have held an NCAA-leading 13 teams below 30 percent shooting.
- TCU has held 84 percent of its opponents under their season scoring average in the Campbell era, including 25-29 this season.
- The Frogs have limited nine opponents to their lowest scoring outputs of the season, including five in Big 12 play; BYU, Arizona State, Houston and No. 19 West Virginia (2x).
- TCU and top-ranked UConn are the only teams in the nation scoring at least 75 points per game while holding opponents to 56 points per game or less.
- TCU ranks second only to South Carolina among all D1 teams in field goal percentage defense (.336).
- TCU is one of four teams in the country alongside UConn, South Carolina and LSU ranking in the top 10 in both field goal percentage defense and field goal percentage (10th, .482).
- TCU is allowing just 60.2 points per game in Big 12 action, the third-fewest among all Power Conference teams in conference affairs. Only Duke (55.2 ppg) and UCLA (59 ppg) have better scoring defenses than the Horned Frogs in league play.
- Fort Worth is home to the Big 12's highest-scoring duo in Olivia Miles and Marta Suarez, who average a combined 36.8 points per game.
- Miles (20.3 ppg), Suarez (16.5 ppg) and Donovyn Hunter (11.7 ppg) are the nation's fifth highest-scoring teammate trifecta at 48.5 points per game.
- Miles and Suarez have both tallied at least 20 points and five rebounds in the same game on seven occasions, more than any pair of teammates in college basketball.
- Miles and Suarez are also one the only duo nationwide averaging at least 15.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and two assists per game.
- Miles, Suarez and Hunter are one of only four trios in college basketball averaging at least 11.5 points per game while shooting better than 45 percent from the field and 35 percent from distance.
- Miles, Suarez and Hunter have put at least 50 points on the board for TCU 14 times, leading TCU to an 12-2 record in those games. The trio was responsible for 52 points in Sunday's win over Iowa State.
- TCU has benefitted from a 20-point performance by Miles, Suarez or Hunter in 20 games.
- Either Miles or Suarez has finished with a double-double or a triple-double in 12 games.
- Miles, Hunter and Suarez are one of just two teammate triads and the lone threesome at the Power Conference level who have each made 50 threes. The other is Fairfield's Meghan Andersen, Jillian Huerter, Kaety L'Amoreaux.
- Bringing Taylor Bigby into the fold, TCU is one of six teams with four players who have all made at least 35 threes. Suarez (60), Miles (57), Hunter (53) and Bigby (41) are responsible for 79 percent (208-264) of TCU's 3-point offense.
