TAMPA, Fla. – No. 11 TCU volleyball capped off a perfect weekend in the Sunshine State, taking down Dayton in four sets, 3-1, on Saturday afternoon.

The Horned Frogs (6-2, 0-0 Big 12) went a perfect 3-0 at the South Florida Invitational with wins over USF, Michigan and Dayton, extending their winning streak to four matches. After two offensive clinics, it was TCU's defense on full display against the Flyers, holding Dayton to a .151 hitting percentage, while racking up 71 digs and seven blocks.

Evan Hendrix led the Frogs with 19 kills and added 12 digs for a double-double. Becca Kelley continued her impressive weekend with 18 kills on a .351 clip, giving her 58 total kills across TCU's three matches in Tampa.

Rosemary Archer picked up her second straight double-double with 28 assists and 12 digs, while Reese Wilburn added 10 assists. Kinsley Young was a force from the service line, tying her career high with four aces, and De'Andrea McMillian led the Frogs with four blocks.

TCU set the tone right out of the gate. Leading 5-3, the Frogs rattled off three straight points to double up the Flyers and continued to build from there. A 5-0 run with Jalyn Gibson at the service line stretched the advantage to 17-8. TCU's freshman middle blocker duo slammed the door closed as Young recorded back-to-back aces followed by Morgan Holloman's first career block. Reese Robins eventually finished off the set as the Frogs rolled, 25-13.

The offense continued to fire on all cylinders in the second. TCU grabbed an early 14-9 lead and blew things open with a 6-1 run. Hendrix tallied three kills during the stretch as the Frogs pushed their advantage to double digits at 20-10. Archer and Holloman connected again to close things out with back-to-back kills as TCU went up two sets to none with a 25-13 victory.

Dayton responded in the third, battling through 11 ties and five lead changes before the Flyers created their first real lead with a 4-0 run to go up 21-17. TCU pulled back within two at 22-20, but Dayton held on to force a fourth set.

Needing just one more set to close out the match, the Frogs found themselves in an early hole in the fourth. Dayton used a 6-1 run to take a 15-8 lead before TCU came alive. Young sparked the comeback at the service line, helping fuel a 6-0 run that pulled the Frogs back within one. From there, both teams traded points until Hendrix and Kelley delivered back-to-back kills to give TCU a two-point cushion. Dayton clawed its way back to even the score at 24-24, but the Frogs refused to let the match go five sets. Kelley hammered down her 18^th kill to give TCU match point before Hendrix finished things off to cap off a perfect weekend in Tampa.
