Quote of the Game
Head Coach Eric Bell
Overall thoughts on the game
"It was tougher than I thought it was going to be to play on this surface. It definitely equalized the game a little bit in their favor. But I thought our kids fought. I thought tactically, they did what we asked them to do and we're able to find a goal in the second half. Really, I thought the first 20 minutes was kind of back and forth. Then from that time, all the way to the goal, I thought we controlled the game. And then after we scored the goal, we just saw it out. Hats off to our group for coming in and putting in a professional performance. Now we have to take care of our bodies and get ready to play against West Virginia."
