- TCU junior guard Natasha Lacy was named the Co-Mountain West Conference Player of the Week prior to the game. She is TCU's first honoree of the year.
- TCU used a 23-5 run over a span of 7:53 in the second half to pull away for the win.
- Cornell's 37 turnovers was the most by a TCU opponent this season and tied for the third most in Lady Frog history.
- The plus-44 shot differential (86-42) was the most in TCU history. The previous was 36 on two occasions versus Texas-Pan American on Nov. 29, 1987 (97-61) and Rollins College on Feb. 4, 1984 (89-53).
- The Lady Frogs' 86 shots tied for the seventh most in a single game in school history and was the sixth most in a non-overtime game.
- The Lady Frogs did not commit a turnover in the second half until the 8:56 mark.
- TCU's 20 steals tied for the eighth most in a single game in school history.
- The 24-turnover differential in favor of TCU tied for the third best in a single game in school history.
- TCU sophomore guard Adrianne Ross posted a career-high seven rebounds.
- TCU redshirt freshman forward Marissa Rivera had a career-high seven points and eight rebounds.
- TCU freshman forward Brittany Purdom notched a career-high five points and five rebounds.
