Frogs turn to NCEA Championships
STILLWATER, Okla. – No. 3 seed TCU equestrian fell in the Big 12 Championship to top-seeded Oklahoma State on Saturday morning at Pedigo-Hull Equestrian Center.
The Cowgirls took all four events in the victory.
Following the meet, Cassie Hacking was announced as the Big 12 Championships MOP in Reining.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The meet opened with Fences and Horsemanship competing simultaneously.
In Fences, TCU dropped four points, with Kyla Sullivan earning the lone TCU point of the event.
Horsemanship went much the same, as only Piper Keller was able to add a point for the Frogs with a score of 75.5.
Continuing on the Flat, TCU saw Hanna Dolan earn a 73.33 for a point, while Madi Lo Porto drew her point, but the meet was already decided from there.
Closing out the day, Cassie Hacking and Sydney Sargent earned points for TCU in Reining to cement the score at 14-5 in favor of Oklahoma State.
