No. 7 TCU opens with No. 2 Texas A&M on Thursday afternoon
OCALA, Fla. – In pursuit of a National Championship, the seventh-seeded TCU equestrian team will open with No. 2 Texas A&M in the quarterfinals of the NCEA Championships on Thursday afternoon at World Equestrian Center.
THE MATCHUPS
TCU will open with second-seeded SEC Champion Texas A&M on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. CST. Should the Horned Frogs advance, they would face the winner of No. 3 Georgia and No. 6 Oklahoma State in the semifinals on Friday.

NOTEBOOK
• TCU enters the postseason with a 8-6 record, the fifth consecutive winning season, a program record. Of the eight wins, seven of them have come against ranked opponents.
• The Horned Frogs open their postseason journey with a matchup against SEC Champion and second-ranked Texas A&M. This will be the first meeting of the season between the Horned Frogs and the Aggies, with the two squads last meeting on February 27, 2025. All-time, A&M leads the series 12-9, but TCU has won the last two postseason meetings.
• TCU is making its 13th all-time appearance at the NCEA Championships. All-time, the Horned Frogs are 11-11, with two appearances in the National Championship.
• TCU is one of six teams to be selected for all 12 NCEA Championships, and one of just two Big 12 teams to do so.
• Four different TCU riders earned a spot on the Ariat All-America Teams, with five citations among them. Lilly Goldstein (Fences and Flat), Lily Muzzy (Fences), Piper Keller (Horsemanship) and Cassie Hacking (Reining) got the prestigious accolade.
• TCU was also well repped on the 2025-26 NCEA Academic Awards list, as 12 Horned Frogs earned spots on the All-Academic Team while 20 were named to the Academic Honor Roll. In addition, Sydney Feager, Lilly Goldstein, Tatum Keller, Lannie-Jo Lisac, Jordyn Scelsa and Victoria Zahorik earned spots on the First Team.
• The Horned Frogs advanced to the Big 12 Championship meet for the sixth consecutive season in late March, falling to Oklahoma State.
• After a breakout freshman campaign, Lily Muzzy earned Big 12 Fences Rider of the Year, along with All-Big 12 accolades.
• Joining her with all-conference honors were Lilly Goldstein (Fences and Flat), Lex Lipacis (Flat), Piper Keller (Horsemanship) and Cassie Hacking (Reining).
• TCU has kept it in the family while constructing their 2025-26 roster, as it features three separate sets of siblings (Anna and Rita Clausen, Adele and Kaylene Cunningham, Piper and Tatum Keller).
