TCU begins play in the Rady Children’s Invitational on Thursday
FORT WORTH – TCU will begin play in the Rady Children's Invitational on Thursday, Nov. 27 against defending national champion and No. 10 Florida. Tip is at 2 p.m. CT from Jenny Craig Pavilion in San Diego, Calif., and will air on FS1.
NOTES
- It will be the second-straight season that the Horned Frogs will play on Thanksgiving Day.
- TCU is led in scoring by Jayden Pierre with 12.2 points per game.
- TCU has been led in scoring by four different players through the five games this season.
- Pierre and Micah Robinson have made at least one 3-pointer in every game.
- Robinson's 84.6 percent shooting (22-of-26) from the free throw line ranks ninth in the Big 12.
- TCU's top returning rebounder from last season, David Punch, is leading the team this year with 6.2 per game.
- Punch's 2.2 blocks per game ranks third in the Big 12.
