Frogs finish fall season 5-3
FORT WORTH – The No. 3 Horned Frogs fell to the No. 2 Aggies, ending their fall season with a 5-3 record.
Shea Graham was named the Most Outstanding Performer in the Reining. This is Graham's second MOP of the fall season.
FLAT
The meet kicked off in the flat arena where the Aggies topped the Frogs 4-1. Ella Bostwick picked up the only point in the event defeating her opponent 76-64 on Misty.
REINING
In the western arena, Kaylene Cunningham got things started with a 71.5 on Coco to earn her point. Shea Graham followed with a 72 on Indie, securing her the MOP honors. Jessica McAllister closed out the event with a 71.5 on Gus, securing a 3-2 victory for the Frogs.
FENCES
Fences got the second half started where Jordyn Scelsa earned her point on North with an 82. The Aggies edged out the Frogs 4-1.
HORSEMANSHIP
The meet wrapped up in the horsemanship arena. Shea Graham picked up the first point with a 76.5 on TJ. Payton Boutelle followed with a 73 on Sally to secure her point. Elizabeth West ended the event topping her opponent 75.5-69.5.
UP NEXT
TCU will have a 14-week break before their first Spring meet where they will take on South Dakota State at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo on Jan. 30, 2025.
