INDIANAPOLIS - No. 25 TCU fell to Butler, 2-1, on Sunday afternoon. Grace Coppinger scored the Horned Frogs' lone goal.
The Rundown
TCU trailed 1-0 in the first half after Norah Jacomen's shot through traffic found its way into the back of the net in the 21st minute.
The Horned Frogs went on the attack following the goal and answered back on Grace Coppinger's header off a Bella Diorio corner kick in the 42nd minute, tying the game at one.
In the second half, despite a 5-4 shot advantage and five corner kicks, it was Butler that found the back of the net. In the 70th minute, Butler's Leila Lister got her head on a corner kick and found the back of the net for the eventual game-winner.
