TCU Women’s Tennis travels to Norman for its first road tournament of the year
FORT WORTH – TCU women's tennis will look to carry its momentum on the road for a weekend tournament across the border at the OU Invitational in Norman, Okla. The tournament will take place from Saturday to Sunday at the Headington Family Tennis Center.
The Horned Frogs are coming off of multiple strong performances in the TCU Invitational last weekend, in which the team went a combined 3-0 in top-flight singles competition, collecting wins from senior graduate transfer Alisa Soloveva, Marie Norris and Stevie Kennedy. The Opponents
TCU will be facing some familiar foes this weekend as both Arkansas and the hosts, Oklahoma, both brought players to Fort Worth last weekend for the TCU Invitational. The Horned Frogs will also take on members of the Oklahoma State and Texas Tech teams in the second weekend of fall action.
