Team Records, Game Notables and Series Information
• TCU falls to 11-6 on the season with a 3-3 record in Big 12 Conference play. Kansas State is now 12-5 with a 2-4 mark in league play.
• TCU leads the all-time series 5-4 and have won four of the last six games in the series.
Team Notes
• TCU had a season-low five points off turnovers.
• TCU is now 8-10 when hitting six or fewer three-point field goals in a game over the last two seasons after going 5-of-20 on the day in Manhattan.
• TCU shot 28.3 percent, its lowest shooting mark this season and lowest since a 27.6 percent effort against Texas to close out the 2014-15 regular season.
• TCU missed its final 10 shots of the opening half and went without a point in the final 6:59 of the first half after they had cut the Kansas State lead to three at 17-14 on a basket from Veja Hamilton.
• TCU shot just 21.4 percent in the opening half on 6-of-28 shooting.
Individual Notes
• Senior Zahna Medley had eight points, seven rebounds and four assists. Medley tied her career high with seven rebounds. o Medley continues to climb the Big 12 Conference's all-time scoring list and is now two points shy of tying TCU assistant and Texas legend Edwina Brown with 1,705 career points.
• Sophomore AJ Alix had a team-high 13 points.
o Alix reached double figures for the 10th time this season and the 12th time in her career.
o Alix hit at least three three-point field goals in a game for the sixth time this season. She finished 3-of-8 in the game.
Coaching Notes
• In her second year at TCU, head coach Raegan Pebley is now 29-20 as the leader of the Horned Frogs. She is now 185-195 in 13 seasons as a head coach.
• TCU fell to 1-5 under Pebley when scoring 59 points or less.
