FORT WORTH—TCU returns to the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum court Wednesday, when it plays host to in-state foe Prairie View A&M at 7 p.m. The matchup marks the third game of TCU's current stretch of four home contests in eight days.
The Frogs enter the GAME with a 5-2 record for the first time since 2004-05 following Monday's 81-69 home win over USC. The squad improved to 4-0 at home this season with the win over the Trojans. A win against the Panthers Wednesday would give TCU is first 6-2 start since 2000-01, when the squad opened with an 8-2 record. The Frogs have not opened a campaign 5-0 at home since the same season. The squad also will attempt to move to 3-0 this season against teams from the state of Texas.
Prairie View A&M arrives in Fort Worth with a 1-7 record after dropping a 90-45 road decision at Baylor Monday evening. The Panthers have been road warriors so far this season, playing all but one game away from home, which accounted for the team's lone victory (Arlington Baptist).
Wednesday's game will mark the third all-time meeting between the Frogs and Panthers. TCU won both previous matchups, including a 92-80 victory in the latest meeting in Fort Worth during the 2007-08 season. The Frogs are 24-1 all-time against teams from the Southwestern Athletics Conference (SWAC). Following the contest, TCU will next face 2010 NCAA Sweet 16 participant Northern Iowa Saturday at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum at 1 p.m.
TCU's matchup with Prairie View A&M will be broadcast live on the radio throughout the Metroplex on both 1460 AM KCLE and 88.7 FM KTCU with Brian Estridge and John Denton serving as the play-by-play team. Estridge is in his 12th straight season as the Voice of the Horned Frogs, while Denton is in his 21st year as color commentator.

TCU STOPS USC, REMAINS HOT AT HOME
TCU raced out to a seven-point first-half lead and never looked back, posting an 81-69 victory over USC Monday evening at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. The win marked the Frogs' first over a Pac-10 opponent since 2002 and boosted the squad's record to 4-0 at home.

Moss shot 7-of-15 from the field and 5-of-5 at the free-throw line. Overall, the Frogs went 16-of-20 at the charity stripe. Moss added a season-high three steals.
TCU ran out to an early 13-6 lead in the opening 4:30 after a stretch highlighted by 3-pointers from Hank Thorns and Nikola Gacesa. Thorns added a traditional 3-point play to complete an 11-2 Frog spurt.
USC fought back with a 9-1 run that gave the squad its only lead at 29-28 with 3:30 remaining in the half, but TCU responded with a 10-2 spurt to end the period.
The Frogs scored the first seven points out of the locker room in the second half for a 14-point advantage.
