• TCU dropped to 10-13 overall and 2-9 in the Mountain West Conference, while BYU improved to 19-6 overall and 9-2 in conference play.
• The Cougars now hold an 8-3 advantage over the Frogs, including a five-game winning streak.
• TCU senior Femi Ibikunle set a new career high of 13 points when he converted a free throw at the 7:58 mark in the second half.
• TCU extended its streak of at least one three-pointer to 287 consecutive games as Neil Dougherty Jr. drilled a tray at the 19:10 mark in the first half.
• After trailing 13-11 early in the first half, BYU went on a 30-16 scoring run to end the half with a 41-29 lead. The Frogs would never regain the lead from the Cougars.
• Sophomore forward Kevin Langford set a career high with 22 points, breaking his old mark of 21 set on Feb. 3 against Utah. Langford also extended his streak of scoring at least one three-pointer to four games.
• The Frogs went into halftime trailing 41-29. TCU has only won once this season when down at the half.
• TCU has now lost nine consecutive games. The Frogs haven't won since recording a 71-68 victory at Utah on Jan. 6.
