- Prior to 2018, Pham was a local tournament organizer for USTA/ITF W25 professional tennis events at the Bayard Friedman Tennis Center.
- Involved with the TCU Tennis on Campus program as a student in multiple roles. President of the TCU on Campus tennis Program from 2011-13.
- Became a student manager for the men’s team under David Roditi in 2011.
