Preview: at No. 24 SMU - TCU Athletics

DALLAS – In a crosstown rivalry, the TCU men's swimming and diving program is set to take on No. 24 SMU on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Robson and Lindley Aquatics Center.

The two sides faced off last year in a double dual meet, where SMU earned a victory over the Horned Frogs in Dallas.

Filip Suchanski, one of the star male swimmers on the team, is currently the only active male swimmer to have a SCY school record, holding TCU-best marks in the 200 back (1:40.13) and 400 IM (3:44.44).

On the diving side, TCU features a duo of talented returners such as Bryn James – the school record holder on platform – and Elliott Dillon lead a talented diving group that looks to make a big splash on Wednesday.

This past week, the TCU women's swimming and diving squad took on SMU in Fort Worth, with the Frogs barely finishing behind the Mustangs' point total in a meet that came down to the very final event.
