
Muhammad-Graham Wins 800m at Beach Invitational

Horned Frogs wrap up trio of meets
Long Beach, Calif. – Jasmin Muhammad-Graham's 800m title at the Beach Invitational highlighted a successful Saturday at a trio of meets for the Horned Frogs.
Muhammad-Graham's winning time of 2:07.88 earned her first while Tabitha Kalunde Ngao followed right behind her with her second-place time of 2:09.00.
On the men's side, Lloyd Frilot finished second in the Beach Invitational 800m with his time of 1:49.20. Ryan Martin (1:50.28) and Gianni Henry (1:51.37) finished third and sixth, respectively.
In the women's 1500m invite, Gracie Morris was the first collegiate to cross the finish line in heat nine. She finished 27th overall with her time of 4:14.47.
At the Tom Jones Memorial, Tia Williams earned the highest finish of the day for the Frogs with her third-place time of 54.26. Joining her in the top 10 was Kelaiah Daniyan as she finished eighth (54.56).
Damilare Olukosi made his 2024 outdoor debut and placed fourth in the triple jump with his leap of 15.49m (50-10). In the women's 100m invite, Iyana Gray improved on her No. 5 time in TCU history as she finished sixth (11.24).
Also having a top 10 finish was Samantha Callaway in the women's discus with her throw of 48.61m (159-5). Serina Ramirez joined in on the successful day for TCU's throwers as she recorded the No. 9 outdoor shot put mark in program history. She placed 12th overall with her throw of 14.32m (46-11.75).
