-TCU improved to 22-6 on the season and 12-3 in Mountain West Conference play.

- TCU finished the regular season 15-0 at home, the first undefeated home ledger in program history. It is only the second undefeated home season in Mountain West Conference history (Utah, 13-0 in 2002-03), and the best-ever mark in MWC history. It also ranks as the best home record in the history of TCU basketball, as the TCU men's top all-time home mark of 14-0 was set in 1985-86.
- TCU extended its school-record home winning streak to 22 straight games. The streak currently ranks No. 6 in NCAA Division I.
- TCU matched a program record with its 22nd regular-season victory. The Frogs also posted 22 regular-season wins in 2000-01 and 2003-04.
- TK LaFleur recorded the fourth double-double of her career and first this season with 17 points and 13 rebounds.
- TCU posted only 11 turnovers, which tied its second-lowest total this season.
- Helena Sverrisdottir had seven assists, the fourth time in the last five games she dished out six or more helpers. She is only one assist shy of tying former Frog Adrianne Ross (387 from 2003-08) for third place in TCU's career record book.
- TCU forced New Mexico into 18 turnovers. The Lobos entered the game ranked No. 1 in the NCAA in fewest miscues (12.3 topg).
