-TCU improved to 16-5 overall and 5-2 in the Mountain West Conference standings. The Frogs will enter the second half of their league schedule in no worse than a tie for first place in the MWC.
-The win marked TCU's 18 consecutive victory at home, which is the longest current streak in the MWC and only one win shy of the school record of 19 set between the 2005-06 and 2006-07 seasons. The Frogs will attempt to tie the record at the DMC Saturday against Air Force.
-TCU won for the sixth time at home this season by 20 or more points.
-Emily Carter went 9-of-10 at the free-throw line and is now 32-of-34 this season in MWC play. Carter's consecutive free-throw streak reached 22 prior to a first-half miss after she made her previous four on the evening. She had not recorded a miss since TCU's Jan. 13 loss at Wyoming.
-TCU held BYU to only 25.8 percent (16-of-62) shooting from the field. The Cougars entered the game leading the MWC in field-goal percentage (44.4 percent).
-TCU's +11 rebounding advantage was its highest since the Nov. 23 win over Texas Southern (46-35).
