- TCU improved to 21-6 overall and 11-3 in Mountain West Conference play.
- TCU clinched at least a share of the MWC's regular season championship, the first regular-season conference title for the program since it won the 2001-02 Conference USA crown. The squad can win the championships outright with one more win in its final two games.
- The conference championship is the third regular-season title in program history. The Frogs previously won one each as members of the Western Athletic Conference (2000-01) and Conference USA (2001-02).
- The victory also locked up at least the No. 2 seed in the Mountain West Conference tournament for TCU, meaning the Frogs will receive two byes and begin play in the semifinal round on Friday, March. 12.
- TCU has now won at least 11 league games in each of its five seasons in the Mountain West Conference. It is the only MWC team with at least 11 victires each season.
- TCU is a perfect 10-0 against Colorado State since joining the MWC prior to the 2005-06 season.
- TCU improved to 17-0 when shooting 40.0 percent or better from the field, 17-1 when outshooting the opponent and 17-1 when committing fewer turnovers.
- TK LaFleur scored in double figures for the 16th time this season.
- Starr Crawford moved into seventh place on TCU's single-season rebounds chart, passing by former Frogs Janice Thomas (233 in 1999-2000) and Janice Dziuk (234 in 1998-99). Crawford now has 239 boards this season.
- Crawford totaled 15 points, her second straight game with at least 15 points.
- Emily Carter and Helena Sverrisdottir each scored in double figures for the 21st time, which leads the team this season.
