-TCU improved to 9-5 on the season in 1-0 in Mountain West Conference action.
-The victory kept TCU perfect at 4-0 in MWC season openers since joining the league before the 2005-06 season. TCU won its sixth conference opener overall, and is 8-2 in such games under Head Coach Jeff Mittie.
-TCU won its eighth conference road game in its last nine chances dating back to last season.
-TCU set a season high with 12 3-pointers. The total tied for the fifth-most in a game in program history.
-TCU won the rebounding battle for only the second time this season, and the first time since the Nov. 23 win over Sam Houston State. The Frogs' 50 total boards marked a season high, as did their plus-10 advantage on the glass.
-TCU had only nine turnovers, marking the third time this season the squad totaled single-digit miscues.
-Emily Carter scored a career-high 24 points. She went 6-of-7 from 3-point range marking the 10th-best individual percentage in program history.
-TK LaFleur, who pulled down a career-best 13 rebounds, also scored 13 points on her way to the first double-double of her career.
