
Women's championship match set in Wilson/ITA Southwest Regional

FORT WORTH, Texas - The Wilson/ITA Regional Championships came to a close Sunday with the final match of the women's main draw set. It will be an all-Texas A&M final, when Elze Potgieter will face No. 2 Anna Lubinsky at 10 a.m. on Monday.
In the women's doubles draw, No. 7 Hannah Robinson and Megan Falcon of LSU will meet No. 3 Anna Lubinsky and Nicki Mechem of Texas A&M, while No. 4 Lenka Broosova and Zuzana Cerna of Baylor will face the No. 2 duo of Ana Cetnik and Anna Sydorska of TCU on Monday.
The men's singles field was narrowed down to the quarterfinal round, with No. 1 Lars Poerschke (Baylor), No. 5 Andrei Kumantsov (Texas A&M-CC), No. 4 Ralph Knupfer (Rice), No. 7 Bojan Szumanski (Texas Tech), No. 16 Dimitrio Martinez (Texas Tech), No. 3 Alexander Skrypko (SMU), No. 8 Milan Mihailovic (Texas) and No. 12 Dominik Mueller (Baylor) remaining.
The doubles main draw for the men was also slimmed down to the quarterfinals. The only top duos left in the main draw are No. 4 Milan Mihailovic and Miquel Reyes Varela of Texas, No. 5 David Galic and Matt Brown of Baylor, No. 6 Andrei Kumantsov and Mikael Pavlov of Texas A&M-CC and No. 8 Ben Harknett and Filip Paroci of Rice.
Both the singles and doubles main draws for the men will resume on Monday, along with the finals of the singles and doubles main draws for the women.
