TCU Women Ranked 23rd in Latest ITCA Rankings

Unbeaten Stanford (25-0) retained its top ranking in the poll, ahead of Georgia, Wake Forest, Florida and California. In singles rankings, TCU's Luci Dvorakova ranks 63rd nationally. The other Horned Frog in the top 100 is freshman Dorrit Huppes at a tie for No. 77. The doubles duo of Luci Dvorakova and Daria Zoldakova are ranked eighth nationally in this week's ratings.
The TCU men's and women's teams will be watching with great interest Thursday when the NCAA will announce the fields of 64 for the NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Championships and the NCAA Division I Women's Tennis Championships. The announcement can be viewed via satellite. The women's selection show begins at 2:30 p.m. central time and is followed by the men's selection show at 3:30 p.m. The satellite coordinates are: C Band, Telstar 6, Transponder 14 at 93 degrees west.
This is the second year that a selection show will shown to announce the fields of 64. The tournaments begin on campus sites for first and second round play May 12-14. The women's round of 16 through the final is hosted by Pepperdine University May 18-21 and the men's round of 16 is hosted by the University of Georgia May 20-23.
