Cori Bolts joined the TCU family in September 2025 and serves as the department's Senior Woman Administrator as a Deputy Athletic Director.

Bolts came to Fort Worth from Waco where she previously served as Baylor's Senior Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Success and Senior Woman Administrator (SWA). At TCU, she has sport oversight of women's basketball, track and field, swim and dive, as well as the department's academic support units.

While at Baylor, Bolts was promoted to Senior Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Success in March of 2022 after previously serving as Associate Athletics Director for Character Formation. She also has served as the leader of Baylor's Student-Athlete Center for Excellence (SACE). SACE, which consisted of two major areas, academic services and character formation, is responsible for the academic welfare and support of Baylor's student-athletes in all 19 varsity sports.

Bolts was elevated to serve as part of the department's executive team in May of 2023. Bolts was also the sport-program administrator for Baylor Softball.

Prior to joining the Bears, Bolts spent a year and a half as the Director of Leadership and Education for Women Leaders in College Sports. Prior to joining Women Leaders, Bolts served as the Director of Student-Athlete Development from 2013-2017 at Kansas State after previously serving as the Assistant Director of Student Services at UCF.

Bolts and her husband, Rocko, are proud parents to two daughters, Tatum and Chandler.
