
Horned Frogs Conclude NCAA Zone D Diving Championships

TCU divers conclude season
COLLEGE STATION, Texas – A handful of TCU divers wrapped up their season at the NCAA Zone D Diving Championships, hosted by Texas A&M.
For the entirety of the meet, TCU had seven different instances where a Frog made a final, with six coming from the men's team and one from the women's program.
Elliott Dillon qualified for finals in all three diving disciplines throughout the three days of competition. The junior finished 10th on 1-meter (633.80), 13th on platform (621.95 and 14th on 3-meter (685.20).
David Ekdahl made the finals on 1-meter and 3-meter. The star diver rounded out his TCU career with an eighth-place finish on 3-meter (711.80) and a 10th-place result on 1-meter (633.80).
Oliver Cazaly also booked a spot in the 1-meter finals, where he would place 14th overall with a cumulative score of 574.35. Leah Fletcher rounded out the TCU representatives in the finals with a score of 436.80 on platform.
Nina Vadovicova will be the lone representative for TCU at the NCAA Championships, as the women's meet will run from March 18 to 21. This occasion marks the first time a female swimmer from TCU has qualified for the NCAA Championships since 2012 when Sabine Rasch did so.
