Horned Frog swimmer competes in two events in Atlanta
ATLANTA – After becoming the first women's swimmer from TCU to qualify for the NCAA Championships since 2012, Nina Vadovicova wrapped up her time at the NCAA Championships at the McAuley Aquatic Center.
In the 100 breast to open up her time in Atlanta, Vadovicova swam a 1:00.85 during the prelims action.
The following day, the Selpice, Slovakia, native would test her luck in the 200 breast, an event that she holds the TCU record in with a 2:08.60. During prelims, the junior went 2:09.85 to finish inside the top 30 nationally.
