FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – TCU track and field gears up for another action-packed weekend on the oval, racing at the Tyson Invitational on Feb. 13-14 at the Randal Tyson Track Center on the campus of the University of Arkansas.
The Horned Frogs are among the 50 teams set to compete, including No. 1 Kansas State, No. 2 Tennessee, No. 5 Penn State, No. 6 Oklahoma, No. 9 Virginia, No. 10 Ole Miss, No. 11 Arkansas, No. 12 Illinois, No. 17 Iowa, No. 18 Florida, No. 19 Villanova, No. 23 LSU, and No. 25 Nebraska.
TCU will be well represented, with 31 athletes set to compete over the course of the two-day meet. Last weekend, she broke a 16-year-old school record at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic. Williams owns the fastest time in the conference in the event.

Ben Kirbo looks to follow up his school record performance from last weekend in the pole vault. The senior cleared 5.45m to break his own top mark in program history and finish second in New Mexico. Ronnie Kendrick also comes into the meet hot after running a PR and the No. 16 400m (45.76) in the country this season a week ago.
