Trio helped TCU reach new levels
FORT WORTH – Representatives of the TCU women's soccer team brought home TopDrawerSoccer end-of-season awards, the organization announced, as Eric Bell was named the Coach of the Year and Kamdyn Fuller and Emma Yolinsky earned spots on the All-Freshman Team.
In a historical season that saw newfound accomplishments for the TCU women's soccer program, Bell helped guide TCU to its first NCAA College Cup appearance in school history in the program's 40th overall season thanks to an 18-3-3 overall record.
Bell was also named the Big 12 Coach of the Year for the fourth time in his tenure at TCU. He previously earned this honor in 2020, 2021 and 2024. Bell has also guided TCU to all nine of its NCAA Tournament appearances in program history, completing the task just in the past 10 seasons.
Fuller was selected as a member on the All-Freshman First Team after producing one of the best debut campaigns in school history. The Big 12 Freshman of the year and member on the All-Big 12 First Team, Fuller scored four goals and tallied five assists and played in all but one match for the entirety of the year.
One of the most memorable moments of her freshman campaign was in the final five seconds of a dramatic comeback win over North Carolina when Fuller scored on a header off a corner kick to send the game to overtime where TCU would win on penalty kicks.
Yolinsky was tabbed to the All-Freshman Second Team thanks to accounting for 23 points in her opening season at TCU via nine goals and five assists. The Prosper, Texas, native was also a member on the All-Big 12 Second Team and selected to the All-Big 12 Freshman Team as well to round out the impressive list of accolades for the promising forward.
