The Horned Frogs Vie for their third Big 12 Tournament Trophy
FORT WORTH – No. 7 TCU men's tennis (15-6, 4-1) begins its quest for a Big 12 tournament title this weekend at the Big 12 championships in Waco, Texas. The Horned Frogs were awarded the No. 3 seed in the tournament, hoping to secure the third tournament title in the last six seasons.

The Horned Frogs enter the tournament after securing their fourth regular season Big 12 championship in the last five completed seasons. TCU went 4-1 in conference play, marking the fourth time in the last five seasons TCU has delivered at least an 80% winning percentage in conference play.
TCU leads the country in road victories over ranked opponents, with nine. The Frogs have set a program record with those nine ranked road wins, with a chance to reset the mark this weekend, should the Frogs reach the second round against Baylor.
The Horned Frogs lead the field in ranked singles players present for this tournament, with five. They have the highest ranked doubles team in the competition, No. 7 Alastair Gray and Luc Fomba, and two of the top three ranked singles competitors – No. 12 Gray and No. 17 Fomba.
TCU is 6-5 all-time at the Big 12 tournament. The Frogs are hoping for a reversal of fortune in this tournament, TCU has not won a match at the conference tournament since 2017 when the Frogs capped off back-to-back tournament titles.
