- TCU fell to 6-3 overall. The setback snapped a three-game Frog winning streak.
- The loss marked the Frogs' first home loss in five games this season.
- Garlon Green led TCU in scoring for the second time this season with 14 points. The performance marked his sixth double figure scoring game. He shot a perfect 5-for-5 from the field.
- Sammy Yeager scored in double figures for the third time with 13 points.
- Hank Thorns totaled seven assists, marking the fifth time in nine games he has totaled seven or more helpers.
- Ronnie Moss, who had five rebounds, recorded his 200th career board during the contest. He finished the afternoon with 201 career rebounds.
- J.R. Cadot went 1-of-1 from the field and has now made 15 consecutive field-goal attempts dating back to the Nov. 27 home win over Houston. Cadot is 21-of-23 from the field overall at the DMC this season.
