- TCU improved to 6-2 for the first time since the 2000-01 campaign. The Frogs also are 5-0 at home for the first time since the same season.
- TCU has won three games in a row for the first time since the 2008-09 season (Dec. 30 - Jan. 6).
- The Frogs have won each of their home games by at least 12 points this season.
- The win pushed TCU's all-time record to 25-1 against members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC). The Frogs are 3-0 against the Panthers.
- TCU shot 51.7 percent from the field, marking the fourth time in five home games the squad has shot better than 50.0 percent. The Frogs entered Wednesday shooting 51.7 percent overall from the field at the DMC.
- TCU finished with 18 assists, marking its fourth game with 17 or more this season. The squad had only eight 17-assist outings in all of 2009-10.
- J.R. Cadot led TCU in both scoring and rebounding with career highs of 15 points and nine rebounds.
- Cadot went 7-of-7 from the floor and is now 20-of-22 (90.9 percent) in home games this season. He has made 14 straight shots dating back to a first-half miss against Houston on Nov. 27.
- Ronnie Moss scored 12 points, the 11th straight game he has reached double figures dating back to last season. Moss added a season-high eight assists.
- Hank Thorns also reached double figures in scoring for the fourth time with 12 points.
- Garlon Green went 6-of-10 from the field, marking the seventh time in eight games he has shot 55.0 percent or better.
- TCU posted a 13-0 advantage in points off the fast break.
