- Set the school record of 46.53 in the 100 back at the SMU Last Chance Invite (March 6-8), securing an NCAA 'B' cut time in the process
- Was a member of the 200 medley relay that took bronze at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 1:24.41
- Came in third in the 200 back at the Sterkel Classic (Feb. 1), touching the wall in 1:43.57
- Tallied a trio of top-three finishes versus Incarnate Word (Jan. 18), winning the 100 back (47.99) and 200 medley relay (1:26.40) while coming in second in the 200 back (1:46.25)
- Raced into third all-time in program history for the 200 back at the Art Adamson Invitational (Nov. 20-22), clocking a 1:43.38\
- Secured two relay wins, an individual victory, and a second-place result versus SMU (Oct. 25)
- Placed second in 100 Y back at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship
- Placed second in the 100 Y back at Lonestar Last Chance
- Placed third in 100 Y back and fourth in 200 Y back and the Big XII Conference Championships
- Finished first in 200 Y back at Sterkel Classic

- Broke into the top 10 in program history for the 200 backstroke
- Finished second in the 100 yard back at BYU
- Finished first in the 200 backstroke earning his first collegiate B-cut and second in the 100 backstroke at SMU
- Finished first in the 100 backstroke at Hawaii
- Finished first in both the 100 backstroke, and 200 back, at UCLA
- Finished first in the 200 backstroke against Missouri State
- Set new program record in the 200-medley relay in second place finish 1:25.63 at Big 12 Championships
- Earned a bronze medal and a B-cut in the 100 back at the Big 12 Championships
