Chris Parker is in his first season as a graduate assistant for TCU men’s basketball.
Parker is a native of Plano, Texas and finished his playing career in Portugal where he averaged 23 points per game in ProLiga. He also competed in the Georgia Super League and averaged 13 points per game and lead the team to its first playoff appearance in over five years.
Parker finished his collegiate career at Liberty, where he helped the Flames to an Atlantic Sun Conference championship and an appearance in the NCAA Tournament. He averaged 10.3 points, 3.4 assists and 2.1 rebounds per game and participated in the Dos Equis 3x3U National Championship.
Parker earned a master’s degree in executive leadership, business from Liberty after earning a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Henderson State. At Henderson State, Parker played from 2017-2020 and during his time in Arkadelphia, Ark., was named All-Great American Conference First Team.
