2013: Played in all 12 games with his first career start coming in the win at Iowa State ... rushed for a career-high 31 yards on a career-best nine attempts while adding a 3-yard reception in the 21-17 victory in Ames ... all 20 of his rushing attempts on the season came in the final five games ... had a career-long 16-yard carry and 18-yard reception on his only touches against West Virginia ... scored his first collegiate touchdown on a 1-yard run in the season finale versus Baylor ... had four carries for 21 yards against the Bears ... his first four collegiate rushes totaled 18 yards in the Texas game ... recorded three tackles on special teams.
2012: Saw action in 11 games on special teams as a true freshman.
High School: Ranked by ESPN as a four-star recruit and the No. 15 safety nationally ... utilized at both wide receiver and safety his senior year ... returned an interception 68 yards for a touchdown on his first play on defense ... picked off two passes in playoff action ... also a track and field standout who received a scholarship offer from LSU in that sport ... the three-time state champion in the 110-meter hurdles with a personal best and state-record time of 13.39 ... was two-tenths of a second off the world record in the 55-meter hurdles ... clocked at 4.37 seconds in the 40-yard dash ... chose TCU over Auburn, USC, Ohio State, Michigan State and Penn State.
