TCU Men's Tennis Announces Fall Schedule

Horned Frogs host ITA Texas Regional on Oct. 8-12
FORT WORTH – TCU will host the ITA Texas Regional and hit the hardcourts nine times in its quest to qualify athletes for the NCAA Individual Championships.
The Horned Frogs and head coach David Roditi announced their fall schedule, which begins with the Milwaukee Tennis Classic on Sept. 11-13. The complete slate features four ITA championship events and concludes in November with the NCAA singles and doubles championships.
Oct. 8-12 is when TCU fans will have their first look at the Frogs. TCU and the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center were selected as the site of the ITA Texas Regional for the second time in the last four years. The annual affair brings together every Division I program in the Lone Star State. From there, the singles finalists and doubles champions advance to Nationals.
Regionals represent one of four chances for players to punch their ticket to the NCAA Individual Championships, held from Nov. 17-22 in Athens, Georgia. Other qualifying opportunities are the ITA All-American Championships on Sept. 19-27 as well as the ITA Sectional Championships and ITA Conference Masters Championships, both of which run from Nov. 5-8.
Sandwiched between the trek to Tulsa, Oklahoma for the ITA All-American Championships are a pair of prestigious invitationals, starting with the Milwaukee Tennis Classic. Now in its 50th year, the tournament routinely draws the top-rated men's and women's players to the Midwest. Maximus Dussault, one of seven returning letterman on the Horned Frogs' roster, won the singles championship and finished as a doubles finalist in 2025.
Following the ITA All-American Championships, TCU heads to San Francisco for the ninth consecutive season to compete in the Battle in the Bay Classic from Sept. 30-Oct. 4. Three of the last seven singles titles belong to the Horned Frogs. Duncan Chan claimed the crown last season as did three-time All-Americans Alex Rybakov and Jake Fearnley in 2018 and 2022, respectively.
Also on the docket for the Frogs are a duo of in-state affairs in the Waco Invitational (Oct. 23-25) and Ralston / Neufeld Coaches Challenge (Oct. 30-Nov. 1). Both tournaments serve as tune-up opportunities for ITA championships and afford younger or developing players to play multiple matches per day.
TCU is coming off a 2025-26 campaign that saw the program win its 10th Big 12 Championship, advance to the NCAA semifinals for the fourth consecutive season and notch the No. 4 year-end national ranking.
The dual schedule for the 2027 season will be released later this fall.
