Horned Frogs begin postseason on Monday
FORT WORTH – TCU will begin postseason play at Traditions Club in Bryan, Texas when the NCAA Regional starts on Monday at 8 a.m.
The 54-hole tournament consists of one round on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The Horned Frogs will begin on Monday at 8 a.m. on hole No. 10 and paired with New Mexico and Texas A&M.
The Horned Frogs will go with the lineup of Sam Udovich, Jack Beauchamp, Lewis Wright, Nathan Miller and Charlie Wylie. Toby Wilt will be available as a substitute.
The top five teams and top individual not on a qualifying team will advance to the NCAA Men's Golf Championship, held May 29-June 3 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif. TCU last qualified for the NCAA Championship in 2021.

THE COURSE – Par 72 | 7,227 yards
Traditions Club is nestled among majestic native hardwoods, rolling hillsides, the natural banks of the Turkey Creek, and the Texas A&M Health Science Center, Traditions has a setting like no other in the Brazos Valley. The course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II.
TEAM/TOURNAMENT/PROGRAM NOTES
- It is the 34th time in the last 36 opportunities that TCU men's golf has played in an NCAA Regional. It is also the 35th consecutive season that TCU has representation in postseason play.
- Last season, TCU finished 10th at the Auburn Regional. The Horned Frogs have never won a regional but finished as runner-up four times, most recently in 2019.
- The last Horned Frog to win a regional as an individual was Stefano Mazzoli in 2019 in Austin.
- TCU has advanced to the NCAA Championship four times in the last 10 opportunities with the last one coming in 2021, resulting in a 16th place finish.
- The Horned Frogs are coming off a third-place finish at the Big 12 Championship where Sam Udovich and Lewis Wright were on the Big 12 All-Tournament team with top 12 finishes. TCU's 1-under 1119 was the third-lowest score vs. par in program history for 72 holes, always the length of play at the Big 12 Championship and NCAA Championship.
- TCU has five top four finishes in the last six tournaments. In addition to the third-place finish at the Big 12, the Frogs finished second at the Palmas del Mar Collegiate, second at The Desimone Invitational, third at the Watersound Invitational and fourth at the Mountaineer Invitational.
- Udovich was named All-Big 12 Conference Second Team and became the first TCU freshman to earn All-Big 12 honors and the first to earn all-conference as a freshman since Julien Brun in 2012 in the Mountain West Conference. Udovich has four top 10 finishes this season and leads the Frogs with a score average of 70.43.
- To end the fall, TCU finished as runner-up at the Ka'anapali Classic on Oct. 29, 2025. The score of 51-under par was the best score by the program since at least the 1993-94 season and total core of 801 was the best ever in that time frame. Udovich's score of 19-under at the Ka'anapali Classic tied for the lowest score vs. par for 54 holes by a TCU player since at least the 1993-94 season. Udovich's total score of 194 was the lowest 54-hole score since at least 1993-94.
- TCU ranks No. 36 in the latest Scoreboard rankings, it matches The Frogs' highest ranking in the three years Bill Allcorn has served as head coach.
- Freshman Nathan Miller was co-champion at the Watersound Invitational with a career-best 9-under 201. The Dallas native earned Big 12 Men's Golfer of the Week for his performance.
- Miller has finished in the top 20 five times this season and has a score average of 71.16.
- Jack Beauchamp went over 100 career rounds played and sits at 101. He has five top 20 finishes, including three in the top 10, and a score average of 70.97.
- Charlie Wylie is coming off his best finish of the season, a 19th place finish at the Big 12 Championship.
