LAWRENCE, Kan. – TCU led by 15 points with under five minutes remaining but could not withstand a Kansas comeback in a 104-100 overtime loss to the No. 22 Jayhawks on Monday in Allen Fieldhouse.
The Horned Frogs (11-4, 1-1) held an 82-67 lead with 4:38 to play following a free throw by Micah Robinson. The Jayhawks (11-4, 1-1) ended regulation on a 20-5 run to send the game to overtime.

After KU's Flory Bidunga tipped the ball in for two points, TCU had trouble in-bounding the ball as Brock Harding threw it away to allow the Jayhawks to have another possession with 5.1 seconds remaining. Jace Posey fouled Darryn Peterson on a three-point attempt. The freshman made all three free throws, part of his 32-point night.
