
Min-Gaultier, Barroso Sá lead TCU at Inverness Intercollegiate

TCU tandem contending for pair of top-10's; TCU tied for fifth
TOLEDO, Ohio. – Tasked with one of the toughest tests in competitive golf, Camille Min-Gaultier and Sofia Barroso Sá passed.
The All-Big 12 tandem are tied for fifth and 11th, respectively, at the Inverness Intercollegiate following 36 holes of play on Monday on the grounds of the historic Inverness Club.
Min-Gaultier shot a six-over 148 on the six-time men's major championship-tested course. Barroso Sá finished two strokes back of her TCU teammate.
The performances enabled No. 24 TCU to stay withing striking distance of the top of the leaderboard. The Horned Frogs enter Tuesday's final round tied for fifth at plus 45 (613). Only eight strokes separate TCU from third place Ohio State.
No. 12 Florida leads the 12-team field at 29-over (597). Just two teams broke 300 in either round.
TCU parred or picked up birdie on 68 percent (123-180) of its holes. Only the Gators finished with a higher mark (129).
Min-Gaultier held a share of the individual lead after nine holes. Starting on the 10th tee box, the reigning Big 12 Freshman of the Year played even on the back nine. She entered round two tied for third after signing off with a two-over 73.
The France native ranks second in the 65-player field in par-4 scoring (+2, 4.08). She scored par or better on 28 holes.
Min-Gaultier is playing the No. 1 in TCU's lineup for the fourth time in her career. The sophomore is hunting her team-leading fifth career top-10 and second in as many starts to begin the 2025-26 campaign.
Barroso Sá matched Min-Gaultier's par tally (25). She bridged a 15-hole stretch of 1-under golf between rounds one and two to briefly enter the top-five of the individual leaderboard. TCU's lone competing senior, Barroso Sá shot a 75 in both rounds.
Notably, Barroso Sá notched her 100th career counter in round two. Barroso Sá is aiming for her 19th career top-20 in 39 starts.
Rounding out TCU's lineup, Yvette O'Brien (T35), Sofie Dimitrova (T41) and Kirstin Angosta (T43) finished within a two-stroke swing of one another.
O'Brien birdied her first two holes in round one. The freshman finished 15-over (157).
Dimitrova carded a 79 in each round while Angosta is plus-17.
South Alabama's Anna Behnsen leads the field at two-under (140).
