
Min-Gaultier Ties for Eighth at Pebble Beach

Horned Frogs finish eighth at Carmel Cup in season-opener
PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. – Camille Min-Gaultier tied for eighth at the Carmel Cup as TCU concluded its participation in its season-opening event at Pebble Beach Golf Links.
The 2025 All-American shot an even-par 216 over the course of her stay at the historic course. Min-Gaultier finished one-over in Sunday's final round.
A product of La Llonde-les-Maures, France, Min-Gaultier notched her fourth career top-10 finish. Min-Gaultier has shot par-or-better in half of her career rounds played (19-38) and has placed no worse than 25th in any tournament as she begins her sophomore season.
Her performance was a bright spot on an otherwise frustrating day for 24th-ranked TCU.
The Horned Frogs began the day in sole possession of third place and just one stroke back of vice champion Vanderbilt. TCU finished 13-over (373) and tumbled down to eighth place. The Horned Frogs concluded the six-count-five affair. at plus-29.
Sofia Barroso Sá was the only TCU player to par the course in round three, as the senior shot an even 72 and tied for 16that four-over (220). She notched her 18th career top-20 in her 37th start as a Horned Frog. Barroso Sá was bogey free on the front nine.
Kirstin Angosta tied for 25th after signing off with a seven-over 223. She was tied for fifth entering round three but was undone by a trio of double bogeys over her final 10 holes.
Gracie McGovern and Charlotte Cattaneo turned in a pair of two-over 74 scorecards in their final walk along the Monteray Peninsula. Cattaneo, a senior from Milan, Italy, came two strokes shy of matching her collegiate low-18 record. McGovern tied for 34th at 10-over while Cattaneo finished three strikes back and joined a three-way gridlock for 41st.
Yvette O'Brien tied for 44th at 14-over.
No. 7 Texas A&M won the tournament by 26 strokes after finishing 13-under. The Aggies' Cayetana Fernandez claimed individual medalist honors, firing an eight-under 208.
