The Horned Frogs seek their third consecutive conference title
FORT WORTH – No. 2 TCU Beach Volleyball stays at home to host the inaugural Big 12 Beach Conference championships. The No. 1 seeded Horned Frogs kick off the postseason tournament against No. 4 seeded Utah at 9 a.m. All matches will be streamed on ESPN+.
If TCU wins the first match, the next match up for the Horned Frogs would be at 4 p.m. If they lose to the Utes, they will play at 1:45 p.m.
The championship match will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday. If the Frogs make and win the championship, it will be the third consecutive title for the program. Last year, TCU clinched the CUSA title and in 2023 the CCSA title, both under the guidance of head coach Hector Gutierrez.
The Frogs will also look to continue a 61-match winning streak at home, a record that dates back to the 2020 season. If TCU were to go unbeaten this weekend, it would be the fifth consecutive undefeated home season for the program.
TCU has played all schools in attendance this weekend: Arizona, Arizona State and Utah. The Horned Frogs boast a 5-0 record against the three opponents on the season.
For the tournament, all programs are guaranteed two matches. All matches will be played to finish, not determination.
