No. 7 TCU set to host the defending National Champions

FORT WORTH – To close out its fall schedule, the seventh-ranked TCU equestrian team is set to host defending National Champion and top-ranked Georgia on Friday at 10 a.m. at KSM Bear Creek Farms in Burleson.

This is the 15th all-time dual discipline meeting between the Bulldogs and the Horned Frogs, and UGA leads the series 8-7. However, TCU has taken the last three in the series including the meeting last season in Bishop, Georgia.

The Horned Frogs are looking to snap a three-meet losing streak before entering the winter break. TCU started the season 2-0, with victories over No. 6 Oklahoma State and No. 8 Baylor.

SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
The defending National Champions, top-ranked Georgia has opened the season strong, winning its first four meets.

This season, Georgia has defeated No. 8 Baylor, No. 2 South Carolina and No. 9 UC Davis. The Frogs have also faced Baylor and UC Davis, defeating the Bears but falling to the Aggies.

FIRST DUBS

Against No. 6 Oklahoma State, Lily Muzzy, Calla Thomas, Sydney Feager, Tatum Keller and Madi Lo Porto all earned their first wins of their careers.
Cassie Hacking, Anna Clausen, Haylee Martin and Piper Keller all were able to record the first wins of their careers against No. 8 Baylor.
Against No. 8 Fresno State, Jackie Stary and Peyton Staat each recorded their first wins.
Sydney Sargent earned the first victory of her career against No. 3 Auburn.

94 FOR LILLY

Against No. 3 Auburn, Lilly Goldstien scored a 94 on the Flat during her victory.
The 94 was the fourth-highest score in program history, and she is the first Frog to eclipse 90 since Lex Lipacis did against No. 5 Oklahoma State on March 29, 2025.

CASSIE WITH AN HONOR

The Big 12 named TCU freshman Cassie Hacking the conference Reining Rider of the Month for October.
She earned the honor after earning two MOPs during the month in the meets against No. 8 Baylor and No. 3 Auburn.
