The Horned Frogs head to Florida ranked No. 1 for the fifth week in a row
FORT WORTH – No. 1 TCU beach volleyball (20-0) heads to the Sunshine state for the North Florida Invite in Jacksonville, Fla. The undefeated Horned Frogs will face off against No. 19 Pepperdine, No. 17 Stetson, North Florida and Florida Gulf Coast. The tournament is slated to begin Friday and finish on Saturday.

FROG FOCUS
TCU is coming off a perfect weekend at home, improving their record to 20-0. TCU collected three more ranked wins last weekend at the Fight in the Fort, defeating No. 9 Cal, No. 15 FIU and No. 6 GCU.
The Horned Frogs maintained their number one ranking for the fifth week in a row after another undefeated weekend. The team racked up their 13th and 14th sweeps of the season against FIU and Texas. Additionally, the victory over the Panthers marked the fourth ranked sweep for TCU this season.
Hailey Brockett and Tania Moreno hit career milestones this past weekend. Brockett tallied her 100th win and now has 102 career wins. Moreno collected her 75th career win. Moreno and Daniela Alvarez were named AVCA/CBVB Pair of the Week for the first time this season, along with earning CCSA Pair of the Week the third time this season.
Three Frogs delivered a perfect 4-0 weekend: Moreno and Alvarez along with Maria Gonzalez.
SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION
No. 19 Pepperdine (11-4) travels to Jacksonville after an almost perfect 3-1 showing at the West Coast Challenge in Santa Cruz, Calif. The Waves collected two sweeps over the weekend against San Francisco and Santa Clara. The Horned Frogs trail in all-time series 5-1.
No. 17 Stetson (12-8) hits the road after hosting the Stetson Beach invitational. The Hatters went 4-1 this past weekend defeating Coastal Carolina, Florida Gulf Coast and North Alabama. TCU leads 4-2 over Stetson in the all-time series.
North Florida (13-5) hosts the North Florida Invite after defeating North Alabama and Jacksonville at home on Monday. The Osprey almost had two sweeps Monday, defeating the Lions 4-1 and the Dolphins 5-0. The all-time series is tied at a game apiece.
Florida Gulf Coast (10-8), travels in state after competing at the Stetson Beach Invitational, in DeLand, Fla. This is the second time TCU has played the Eagles this season. TCU swept the Eagles at the Tampa Tournament. The Frogs are tied with FGCU 1-1 in all-time series.
