Wuilliez and Ekdahl Finish Nationals
Minneapolis, Minn.: Three Sophomore concluded their decorated seasons concluding the NCAA Championships in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
David Ekdahl and Jadon Wuilliez wrapped up their 2022-23 campaign at Nationals with some memorable performances. Ekdahl, the 2022 Swedish Male Diver of the Year, competed on the 1-meter and 3-meter springboards against the top 50 diver in the nation. He finished the 1-meter with a score of 298.10. Ekdahl also finished his historic second season with a score of 272.20 in the 3-meter.
In the pool, Wuilliez finished up his season racing in the 100 breaststroke. He touched the wall with a time of 52.65.
Alec Hubbard finished in 22nd place in the platform event. That is the highest finish for a diver at the NCAA Championships in TCU history.
