
Ollie Cazaly to Jr. Worlds

Following a stellar freshman campaign thus far, Ollie Cazaly has been invited to the FINA world Diving Championships.
The freshman has been selected to represent Sweden in the Junior Worlds. The FINA Diving Championships will be held in Montreal, Canada from Nov. 27- Dec. 4.
His first action will be competing on Nov. 27 in the Mixed Team Event. Cazaly's next action is Nov. 29 in the Boys Group A 1-meter. Finally, he will conclude on Dec. 1 in the Boys Group A 3-meter.
Cazaly has had a historic first year with the Horned Frogs. In his second meet, he broke into the top three in school history for the best score in the 3-meter. At BYU, the freshman scored 389.90. He has hit seven Zone cuts thus far this season, three in the 3-meter and the other two he earned in the 1-meter.
His first Zone cut of the season came in Austin at the Dust Your Boots off Invitational where he scored 331.05 in the 3-meter. The next week in Provo, Utah, Cazaly scored 317.90 for his first Zone cut of his career in the 1-meter.
No stranger to international competitions, Cazaly qualified for the British Junior Championships and placed fourth in 1-meter with a score of 457.15. He took third on 3-meter at the 2022 British National Cup.
